Called "A Taste of Opera" it will be listed as "Pace Television" . Scheduled to air on these dates: Time Warner Cable TV – Del Mar – Channel 24 Thursday, September 2 & 3.

Plus, there will always be a little opera and a recipe or two to learn about. Chef Elizabeth uses all of these while teaching you how to prepare fantastic dishes. Chef Elizabeth of Elizabeth's Kitchen is San Diego's opera-singing chef. Her culinary abilities, music, and stories lie within her heart, soul and palette. She has always had a passion for cooking and the blending of textures and flavors and has been a personal chef since 1994. During this time, she has been singing, cooking, teaching, and entertaining audiences with her slightly slanted approach to the world of opera and her quest to bring this art form into the lives of many. Enjoy... take her cooking classes, attend her musical performances, and book signings.
